When is the Chinese Year of the Monkey?
The Chinese Monkey year occurs every 12 years, and those born in this year are Monkey signs according to Chinese astrology. The following years are referred to as the Year of the Monkey. But the start and end dates of each Monkey year are different from the Gregorian calendar we use. That is, their beginning is not January 1 and their end is not December 31.
